Dear Sirs,

I'm Alessandro Oliva, professional F.I.G.C. Uefa Pro coach. I am a reliable person, very motivated, dynamic, who works with seriousness and competence. I'm married and have two sons.

Football has always been my great passion, first as a football player and then as a coach.
I've been fatherless since I was young, so I had to grow up early and I've always put my job before everything. With sacrifices I worked and at the same time played football at semi-professional level, both in Italy and Switzerland.

At the age of 26 I got my first degree as a coach (first of the class), so when I stopped playing football I started coaching. At first they were non-professional teams but every year I was stepping forward in the categories and I stabilized myself.
Subsequently I had the Uefa A degree as a professional coach and, after other experiences, I was accepted by F.I.G.C. to take the Uefa Pro Master degree, which I passed with flying colors.

To enrich my cultural baggage I graduated also in "Psychological Skills of the Coach" and I went on attending the various training courses especially prepared by F.I.G.C. for coaches.
I also had job experiences abroad in Greece (series B) and Latvia (series A), which have allowed me to learn a lot, also from a human point of view. I am very interested in getting in touch with other cultures and I like to create a relationship with the people who work with me.

Among the various awards, I am very proud of the "Fair Play" award given to me by the F.I.G.C. in collaboration with A.I.A.C.

If you need a recommendation about me and my work you can address Mr. Renzo Ulivieri (head coach at F.I.G.C.) and Mr. Fulvio Collovati (who played in the Italan National Team that won the World Championship in 1982. He worked with me as a sports director).

Coaching a team is very important to me and I would like to make all my expertise and experience available to your football Club to achieve your goals set.
